Installer came on time, was frinedly, and ocmpleted the installation in just over 1 hour. By using the same router name and password, I didn’t have to go and reset all my devices. A nice perk. I like there is now a choice in San Jose other than aTT & Comcast.

Very helpful and friendly customer service person who spent quite some time answering questions. Instalation tech was great to work with and we ended u with 400 download speed. The antennae is flat n smaller and fairly unobtrusive and was installed with a J hook and one screw into a roof eve vs vent pipe for best aiming. The rep got two minor issues wrong vs the tech. Bucket truck vs ladders and antennae attachment. But those issues were minor. I haven’t had 6+ long enough to judge but the reviews are good. Great start.

Highly recommend. The scheduling and installation was very professional and easy closest thing to a mom and pop feeling business scaling. There was no upselling on their plan, only clear and transparent information based on my needs. I’ve been getting consistent download speeds a bit more at times, with the upload speeds being double or triple what Xfinity was giving me. The greatest gift, however, is no longer having to deal with the monopoly Xfinity.

Very positive experience. Technician explained the whole process and how long it would take. After completing installation internet worked with my own wifi mesh. Only thing is that until they test it they cannot guarantee the speed you will get and may not be exactly what you selected on their plan website.

Comcast frequently disconnect my Zoom session and getting more and more expensive, so I installed Sail yesterday. Working well so far. Highly recommended.
