    Twist Broadband, Inc. Official Rules 2024 Sweepstakes

    Twist Broadband, Inc. (“Twist”) is a provider of Internet access services (the “Services”) in various areas. Twist is conducting a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) under which Twist will give winners the prizes described above. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
    1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements: they (a) are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry, (b) are legal residents of the State of California, and (c) live in a residential single family home in San Jose, California in which Twist offers Services.   An address may be checked for Twist service at https://www.twistbroadband.com/.  Residents of apartments, condos, and business locations are not eligible. Only one entry per valid residential address is permitted. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

    2. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online through January 15, 2025.

    3. How to Enter: In order to enter the Sweepstakes, you must complete and submit the above form.  Only complete and accurate entry forms will be eligible.

    4. Prizes: The approximate retail value of each 65-inch TV is $2,599.99.  The approximate retail value of each 13-inch tablet is $1,099.  Twist may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for either. No cash will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.  Prizes will be delivered to each winner’s verified residential address they provided in their entry form, without exception.

    5. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

    6. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of Twist. Winners will be notified by email, to the email address they provided in their entry form, within five (5) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes. Twist will have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices for any reason. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, violates these Rules, or fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the date the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

    7. Rights Granted by you: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that Twist may send marketing messages to you, but you may opt-out of receiving those messages at any time.  You also agree that, if you are a winner, Twist may contact you in order to confirm your identity and residential address, which must be the residential address you provided in your entry form.  You agree that Twist may identify you by name as a winner.

    8. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Twist and its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage that you may incur, directly or indirectly, arising out of or relating to your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, even to the extent arising from Twist’s negligence.  Twist will not be liable for any technical failures of any kind relating to your entry, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of computers, networks, hardware or software, or your inability to submit an entry for any reason. You acknowledge and agree that any warranty relating to a prize will be provided by the manufacturer of the prize and that Twist gives no warranties of any nature relating to any prize.

    9. Disputes: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the U.S. and the State of California, without reference to its conflict of law provisions.

    10. Rules; Winners: To obtain a printed copy of these Rules, or a list of the winners, please mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Sponsor at the address shown below.
